Social Welfare Agency & Training Institute (SWATI) is a Non-government Organisation has been working for the development of the tribal people and underprivileged sections of society living in remote pockets of Kondhamal district in Odisha since 1997. SWATI envision a self sustained and self reliant just society with equal participation of women. Capacitating the weaker section, especially the women and the tribals through skill building, leadership development, micro credit, natural resource management and increasing demand generation of entitlement with a special focus on enhancing opportunity for sustainable livelihood and self reliance.
